For a better future

Not everyone has the same needs. In fact, it's hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach to health! Let's get to know each other better and work out a personal wellness plan together. We will do this as follows:

  • 1. During our appointments, in order to achieve the best possible guidance, we will map out your current situation, which also includes a piece of life history.

  • 2.  We then look at your personal goals, the goal.

  • 3. We map out your motivation.

  • 4. We discuss your competence and map it. 

  • 5. It may be that as a result of step 4 something needs to be done in the approach. This can be taking over certain matters by the supervisor until enough handles have been developed. But it is also possible that the coach only supports or that no actions are needed at all.

  •  6. If something has to be done in step 5, the coach will explain the competence and motivation.

  •   7. Finally, appointments will be made and recorded, together with the client.
